Privacy Policy
We keep the little we need to run your account and stop abuse. Your card number never reaches us. We do not sell your data. Wallet addresses you scan are public blockchain data, not personal information we collect about you.
What we collect
Account. Your email address, and a password hash if you set a password.
Billing, from Stripe. A Stripe customer ID, your plan and its status, and a card fingerprint. A card fingerprint is a one-way identifier Stripe gives us for a card. We use it only to stop one card from farming repeated free access and to block a card after a chargeback. We never receive or store your card number, expiry date or security code.
Usage. Which scans you ran and when, so we can enforce plan limits, find bugs and detect abuse.
Technical. IP address, browser and device type, and the time of each request, kept for security and fraud prevention.
Consent record. If you accept our terms at checkout, we log your user ID, IP address, timestamp and the version of the terms you accepted.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth or any government ID. We do not connect to your wallet and we never ask for a private key or a seed phrase. Nobody at Rugtective will ever ask you for one.
Token addresses you scan
A token or wallet address is public blockchain data. We may keep a record of scanned addresses and their results so repeat scans are faster and so we can improve the checks. That record is about the token, not about you, and is not linked to your account in anything we publish.
Who we share with
Only the services we need to operate: Stripe for payment, our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and the blockchain data providers that serve the scans. We do not sell or rent personal information. We will disclose information if the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden to.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs for a short retention window. A card fingerprint tied to a chargeback is kept as long as needed to prevent repeat abuse.
Your choices
Email hello@apeaura.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. We will confirm when it is done. Deleting your account ends your subscription.

The service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
